Michael Keck is committed to taking a holistic approach to your individual goals.  With an intensive background in nutrition principles, training methodologies, anti-aging protocols and complete personal development, Michael can assuredly design a well rounded program to accomplish your desires.

Ask anyone that knows Michael, they will tell you he practices what he preaches in regards to nutrition, training and overall health.  His love for complete development began as he sought out ways to increase his performance on the high school football field.  This lead to him ultimately being offered a football scholarship to Western Kentucky University.  His quest for superior performance intensified at WKU as he sought to secure a starting position, but was unfortunately sidelined and forced to give up football due to a severe back injury.

Michael became even more determined in his newly found free time as a traditional student, to build his body and mind.  His time at WKU lead to a tremendous growth in knowledge which he has applied to himself and countless others along the way that sought his expertise.

Upon moving to Lexington a few years ago, Michael had the privilege to train extensively with some of the fitness industry's elite, raising his knowledge base up yet again. Michael took his development to another level personally competing and placing in national bodybuilding and power lifting competitions.

Devoting countless hours to personal study Michael expanded his horizons to the anti-aging and longevity community where he learned the importance of owning your health from the inside out, which means emphasizing a holistically healthy approach to complete mind and body wellness

Coupling this knowledge with his expertise in achieving peak athletic performance means Michael has the ability to help you reach your goals no matter what they may be.

Michael is also a Financial Advisor and Registered Investment Advisor with Metlife.  The goal for his clients here is to help them achieve a solid financial foundation while growing their assests to provide a comfortable retirement and leave a lasting legacy for their heirs.
